Bouncy Castle Hire  Reviewed 01/01/2021 Bouncy Castle Hire Agreement contract. You, the HIRER are responsible whilst hiring this Bouncy Castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions and guides are followed: We strongly advise that you seek your own liability insurance if you are concerned about the cover this contract allows. This unit has an age limit of (ASK DELIVERY DRIVER). Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment. No food or drinks or gum to be allowed on or near the inflatable. 

WE WILL NOT ERECT CASTLES OUTSIDE IF THE WEATHER / WIND CONDITIONS DO NOT MEET THE H.S.E requirements...

• No inflatable should be used in winds above 24 mph (38 kmph), which is Force 5 on the Beaufort Scale (small trees in leaf begin to sway) 

• If ground stakes cannot be used because of the surface (eg tarmac) then use ballast weighing at least 163 kg with suitable fixings to attach the guy ropes. The inflatable should be tightly secured to the ground so that the wind cannot get under it and lift it up.

We will not risk children's safety in any event.

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the equipment to ensure all possible
steps are taken to avoid any injury or damage to the equipment. Please read and adhere to the following safety instructions carefully:

1. The equipment has an age limit of 14 as specified in the equipment descriptions. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment at any time. Unless stated it is an adult use castle too. 

2. Please ensure that a responsible adult supervises the equipment at all times.

3. Shoes, glasses, sunglasses, jewellery, badges etc must be removed before using the equipment.

4. No face paint, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used on or near the equipment.

5. No smoking or barbeques near the equipment.

6. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of the equipment must not be allowed as this is very DANGEROUS.

7. No food, drinks or chewing gum is allowed on or near the equipment. This is to avoid the risk of choking and mess. (Please note that if the equipment is collected in a dirty condition, then the hirer will incur a cleaning charge).

8. Always ensure the equipment is not over-crowded and limit numbers according to the age and size of the persons using it. Also ensure that the age range of those using the equipment is suitable according to the equipment description. Avoid large and small children from using the equipment at the same time.

9. Ensure users are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in such a manner as to risk injury or cause distress to others.

10. No pets, toys or sharp instruments are allowed on the equipment.

11. No running from side to side.

12. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety steps as a child could easily bounce off the equipment and get hurt. The step is only there to assist users to mount and dismount the equipment!

13. Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems uses the equipment or anyone who is feeling unwell.

14. During inflation or deflation of the equipment, do not allow anyone on the equipment as this is DANGEROUS.

15. Please ensure that users do not attempt somersaults.

16. Ensure that there is at least two feet clearance on each side of the equipment and at least six feet at the rear.

17. The equipment should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If the equipment is not fitted with a rain/shower cover, it should not be used.

18. In the event of heavy rain, ensure that the equipment remains inflated and cover any electrical extension cables and sockets. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.

19. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the equipment immediately. Check fuses and make sure that the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or that something has not blown onto the blower and is obstructing it. 

20. Insane Parties Ltd can only offer a guarantee of a minimum of five hours useage on day of hire. This is dependent upon the site location and our delivery and collection routes. We will always endeavour to give the hirer as long a period of time as possible to use the castle on the day of hire.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PERSONS USING THIS BOUNCY CASTLE OR ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT HIRED FROM (Insane Parties ltd) DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK & THEREFORE (insane parties ltd) CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY CAUSED TO ANYONE USING THEIR EQUIPMENT!

CINEMA ADDITIONAL Ts&Cs 

1. All set up has to be at dusk with Techs being able to see the screen to connect and adjust accordingly unless hired in one of our black inflatable venues. 

2. You need a WiFi connection. If we cannot establish one then you will need to use your own hotspot or connect to a WiFi connection that's usable. We do not provide the internet. 

3. We will collect the next morning unless you require us to collect the same evening and this needs to be pre arranged. 

4. If we attend your property and there is no electrical outlet within reach with our extension leads, you will have to provide extra connections. 

5. All electrical equipment needs to be bought inside of your home or establishment when you have finished using it. Any equipment whether it be electrical, seating or screens is found to be damaged or not working, then the hirer will be liable to pay for replacement. 

6. If you are over 35 minutes from our base (DA17) then the tech support is via video call where needed. 

7. If you connect your own devices to our equipment, please make sure that it is in full working order and compatible with our machinery and devices. Any technical issues you have with your own belongings is not Insane Parties LTD responsibility to adjust, amend, refund or repair. 

8. If we arrive at your property and it is not secure or appropriate for hire, we reserve the right to hire any equipment to yourself, your booking will be cancelled and you lose your deposit or full payment. This is at Insane Parties LTD discretion. 

9. We do not cancel, we only rearrange bookings. If it is adverse weather conditions then we will rearrange a convenient  time, if you cancel then your forfeit your deposit as it is non refundable. This is to protect us and our time too.

Cancellation Policy 

If you need to change the party package or date we allow one complimentary change upto 14 days before the day of your party. If you are moving the party within the 14 days then your deposit will transfer to your new reserved date and time. If you cancel or reschedule your party after the 14 day policy you will be charged 50% of the party price. You must reschedule within 3 months of your original booking.  However if you cancel your party within 7 days of the party you will be charged the full party package price. Sorry but no exceptions, we will need to be phoned to cancel, not by email or text and all future parties would require the full balance to be paid when you book.  

During the covid pandemic, Insane Parties LTD can vary these timescales and is at Insane Parties LTD discretion.
