We CANNOT hire any inflatable on concrete, tarmac or such surfaces in any circumstances.
We can only hire on astro grass if you're happy for us to place a minimum of 6 ground pegs through your astro grass, and the floor underneath is sufficient to hold the castle securely.
This is for your own safety and to protect us as a company. Any booking that we show up to that has inadequate flooring will be rejected and you will forfeit both your deposit and full booking fee. Inside venues are acceptable as are sufficiently Grassed areas
